You will receive an email to the address you provided with specific study details. If you qualify and are available, you will be invited to participate.

There are parking spots reserved for you right outside the testing center entrance. You can park in any spot with a "Coty Panelist Parking Only" sign.

Typically, studies take place during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm) however execptions occur occassionally.

No, each participant must pick up their own product during their designated appointment. All testing takes place at our center in Morris Plains; we don't mail products to you.

No, family and visitors are not allowed in the center while you participate in the study.

Send them this website! In the top right corner, there is a button that says "Become a Panelist". They will need to complete an onboarding questionnaire and don't forget to tell them to put your name in the referral field!

We ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as you know you can no longer participate. To do so, log into your account and cancel your appointment. If you cancel before your scheduled appoiment, you will not be penalized.

All payments are issued through JPMorgan so to receive your money, you will need to create a JPM account. Payments will be issued upon successful completion of the study; you will receive an email for each completed study that includes a link to retreive your money which then gets directly deposited into your bank account. Payments are issued once a week. It may take up to 3 business days to reach your bank account and we recommend setting up auto-pay in the JPM portal.

Please email us to let us know it has expired. We can reissue your payment 1 (one) time, less a $10 processing fee. To avoid this, sign up for auto-pay in your JPM account.
